Seeing Lake Dunaway in pictures is one thing.
See it in person and there’s a recovery process involved. Nestled in
the ridges of the Cumberland Plateau, our pristine 95-acre mountain lake is
one of the largest private lakes in Tennessee and is truly unique. Home to
large-mouth bass, catfish, and a variety of pan fish, the lake is accessible
only to canoes and small boats with electric motors. In order to ensure privacy
and maintain the natural setting,
a limited number of on-lake home sites are available. However, common areas placed
appropriately around the lake provide ideal locations for family outings or offer
a front row seat for enjoying the tranquil beauty of Lake Dunaway.
