Dunaway is a rare community setting that provides a long list of amenities that benefit the equity-based membership. The membership at Dunaway is committed to maintaining these facilities to ensure that Dunaway remains one of the finest family-oriented sporting clubs in the Southeast.

Dunaway comprises approximately 7,800 contiguous acres (5,600 acres owned and 2,200 acres leased) and is intensely managed for wildlife habitat by a staff which includes a resident wildlife biologist. The club is limited to 41 lot owners/members who have equity ownership in the development. All cabin sites are located in private settings allowing either views or access to one of the largest private lakes in the state.

Dunaway is located on the Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee, approximately one hour north of Chattanooga and approximately one and a half hours south of both Nashville and Knoxville. Its location makes it an easy retreat from the city, yet the setting provides the feeling that you are days away from the worries of everyday life.
